One in twelve young people have never worked in their life regardless of their education according to recent government figures.
This statistic signifies the importance of the Community Task Force program in addressing the skills and work experience base of 18-24 year olds.
Sarina Russo Job Access and our subcontractors are passionate
about helping young people gain confidence, self esteem and
independence through quality work placements that lead to
jobs.
In these difficult times with imminent cuts expected from the
impending comprehensive spending review next month the biggest
challenge facing our subcontractors is securing work placements and
jobs for our customers.
However, the Sarina Russo Job Access team is confident we have
the best and most experienced subcontractors to successfully
deliver the Community Task Force programme.
As a team, we will continue to look for the opportunity in every
difficulty and not the difficulty in every opportunity. We are
optimistic and of course realistic but: "If it is going to happen,
it is down to you!"
Welcome Lorette Smith (Northern region) and Mashfiq Khan (London & South East) to the subcontractor management team. Both bring a wealth of hands on and practical experience and will provide ongoing support and training to our subcontractors.
On behalf of the subcontractor management team we thank all our subcontractors and look forward to seeing you in our travels.
