Last week, the Young People's Learning Agency launched their Pre Qualification Questionnaire for a new programme to support disengaged young people. This new programme aims to support 16-17 year olds who are not in education, employment or training and at risk of long-term disengagement, helping them to access existing provision and providing the support to ensure that they sustain their progress.
