Free training is made available through a number of Government incentive programs, which target skills shortages in specific industry sectors.

Certificate II in Hospitality	Certificate II in Business
Certificate II in Retail	Certificate II in Financial Services
Certificate II in Customer Contact	Certificate II in Transport & Logistics (Warehousing and Sotrage)

Productivity Places Program (PPP)

This program is for existing workers and job seekers and focuses on industries with higher levels of skill shortages. The Department of Education and Training (DET) manage PPP training in Queensland.

Australian Apprenticeships Access Programs (ACCESS)

The ACCESS program provides job seekers with pre-vocational training, support and assistance to obtain and maintain an Australian Apprenticeship, employment or further training.

Traineeships & Apprenticeships

Traineeships and apprenticeships are an excellent opportunity for you to work full-time, part-time or continue studying at high school while undertaking a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

Sarina Russo Institute offers flexibile delivery including lectured or workplace learning, or a combination of these to suit you and your employer, and provides you with real life skills that are transferable. There are a variety of electives offered, with additional support provided if required.
